Throughout all previous years, Tabook – the Small Publishers' Festival in Tábor – has been free and open to everyone, with the exception of the evening music concerts. It was important to us that this multi-genre festival could become a natural meeting place for readers, authors, publishers, artists, and families with children, regardless of their financial means. We would like to preserve this community principle going forward as well.
However, in order for Tabook to continue existing in the form you know — a multi-day festival full of literature, theater, music, exhibitions, discussions, workshops, and programming for all generations — we are forced, for the first time, to introduce at least a symbolic general admission fee.
Basic admission: 200 CZK
Basic admission with a Bedekr (guidebook) gift: 350 CZK
Patron admission: 1000 CZK
Royal admission: 3000 CZK
Admission applies to all indoor venues. The market and children's program are free.
Tickets can be purchased in front of the individual venues and at the info stand.
